Peripheral Artery Disease (P.A.D.) Screening

Anyone at risk for heart disease is also at risk for PAD. Risk factors include anyone over the age of 50 – especially African Americans – with the following conditions: diabetes, a history of smoking, a history of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, a family history of PAD and obesity. This is a non-invasive screening sponsored by the Metro Health Hospital Foundation to determine if you are at risk for PAD.
