Tobacco Free for Good
Tobacco Free for Good is a seven-session group class offered at no charge to the public. There are multiple locations throughout Kent County. New classes begin monthly. The class allows participants to develop their own plan for success. The Metro Health class schedule and locations are as follows:

Diabetes Education
We offer a comprehensive Diabetes Self-Management Training class taught by a registered dietitian and a registered nurse. The program is offered on an ongoing basis and focuses on factors that influence blood sugar levels, meal planning, management techniques, medications, exercise, dietary guidelines and more.
