- During the fourth year, residents continue with the requirements of their program or designated track.
- During the fourth year, residents participate in a two-day, off campus procedures workshop.
- The fourth year is also the time during which residents finalize their research paper. This paper is a requirement for successful completion of the residency. The paper is to be submitted for review by May of the graduation year.
