Free Stroke Screening

Timing is crucial when treating a stroke. That's why Metro Health wants you to know the warning signs and your risk. Join us for a free stroke screening event from 2-6 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2008, at Metro Health Hospital, 5900 Byron Center Ave., Wyoming.

Screenings will include cholesterol checks (first 200 people), blood sugar levels (first 200 people), nutritional assessments and blood pressure checks. This special event will also include educational displays, nutritional information and food samples. Metro Health experts will also be on hand to answer your questions.

Directions to the screening area will be available in the front lobby of the hospital.
