Corporate Compliance Program & Code of Conduct Policy

As a recipient of federal health care program funds, Metro Health is required by law to provide information to you as a vendor, contractor, medical staff member or other business partner. Our Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct Policy contains information concerning our commitment to comply with all laws, rules and regulations that govern our delivery of health care. New Federal law called the Deficit Reduction Act requires us to inform you of pertinent Federal and Michigan laws. This new information can be located on page 14, under Section G. "Regulatory Compliance", paragraphs 2 thru 5 of the policy. All business partners must be knowledgeable about and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. Violations or suspected violations should be immediately reported to the Corporate Compliance Officer. We appreciate your cooperation in reviewing this information.
