My Chart
Metro Health patients are now benefiting from a groundbreaking tool called My Chart. The free, online service allows people to partner with their Metro Health doctor to monitor chronic conditions, request prescription renewals, schedule appointments, receive health alerts and screening reminders, and securely access portions of their personal health information from anywhere in the world. Metro Health MyChart provides a number of conveniences while helping people take a more active role in their health care.
Patients need to get an access code to use My Chart. It must be done in person at your participating neighborhood outpatient center. Once you have your access code,
