Shining Star Program
Do you have a care provider who deserves to be acknowledged for giving you great care?
Let your physician, nurse, housekeeper, volunteer or other caregiver know how much you appreciate his or her commitment to your good health by making a donation in his or her honor.
Each person you honor will receive a note acknowledging your generosity and gratitude. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed. In addition, this person will receive a custom-crafted lapel pin bearing the words Shining Star.
There are three simple ways to recognize your care provider:
- Use the Giving Center in the hospital lobby (near the information desk).
- Use our Online Donation option.
- Contact the Foundation by phone at (616) 252-5000, or by visiting us in the Professional Building.
You can make a difference! A gift of any amount to the Foundation will help enhance programs and services that directly impact health and healing.
